Fusion is life to me! Since 2015, I have been working to design a program that could empower people to achieve their goals, big or small. Working within the non-profit sector and studying cultural sustainability has provided me with the knowledge and experience needed to make an impact within my community. I believe in the practice of “Ujima”, which means collective work and responsibility. Together, we can bring about change we want to see in our lives and the lives of our brothers and sisters.
Kelly Robinson (Director of Programs)
My community is very important to me. I have worked in all sectors of Child and family care for over 10 years. I practice mindfulness and self care everyday to remind myself that “life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you’re gonna get.” I have achieved my goal in getting my Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescence. My life’s mission is to make an big impact by creating better programs that cater to with those that struggle with mental health ; adult and children. With Fusion, my goal is to continue our outreach across the globe. We have worked with many organizations to achieve our goals. Together we can and Together we will.
Currently I have been a Principal Launch Practice Lead and LA Office Lead at Eversana Management Consulting. I have more than 15 years of experience working with life science organizations, specifically in new product strategy and market access, market sizing, valuation, and market forecasting. My therapeutic area experience includes oncology, cardiology, metabolic disease, spanning markets in more than 25 countries. With my keen interest in the human condition and fairness in opportunity for all, I am thrilled to re-purpose some of the skills I’ve gained leading pharmaceutical and biotech brands to ensure programs that introduce stability into the lives of those who need it most are thriving. It is an honor to join the Board of Fusion Community Empowerment.
