At Fusion Community Empowerment, our journey began in 2017 with a shared vision: a world where everyone enjoys stable housing, empowered to reach their fullest potential and live without uncertainty. 

Recognizing the challenges of homelessness, poverty, and limited access to essential resources, we established ourselves as a community development organization.

Through care coordination, supportive services, and homelessness prevention, we aim to empower individuals and families to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Every housing placement, job opportunity, and supportive service brings us closer to realizing our vision. Together, we are building a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
