YOUTH EMPOWERMENT CONNECTION
Introducing the Youth Empowerment Connection (YEC), an innovative program designed to empower opportunity youth and shatter the barriers holding them back from success. Partnering with educational institutions, community agencies, and industry leaders, YEC offers three full-time, nine-month programs that are customized to each participant's unique needs and goals.
Our program is designed to empower participants in every aspect of their lives. YEC's leadership program offers young people the opportunity to share in the governance of the program, developing leadership skills and engaging in decision-making processes. The program also includes personal counseling, peer support groups, and life planning to support participants' personal and professional growth.
